1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CI Governor ("Service") at https://ci-governor-c3ke.onrender.com or related domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
CI Governor is a SaaS product for analyzing GitHub Actions pipelines. The Service helps you analyze workflow history, detect flaky workflows, identify CI waste, and get optimization suggestions. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers with different limits and features. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Account Responsibilities
You sign in via GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and ensure that your use of the Service does not violate GitHub's terms or any third-party rights. We access only the GitHub data you authorize (e.g. repositories, workflow runs) to provide the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed by our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) will survive.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURELIAN ENVOY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
